Dr Marshall enjoys taking a practical and integrative approach to people’s health.  She has a keen interest in Women’s Health and Paediatrics and enjoys the diversity that general practice provides.

Dr Marshall graduated from the University of Sydney with Honours in 2004 and after her basic hospital training attained her Diploma with the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Dr Marshall undertook her General Practice training in rural Western Australia at a very busy rural practice, which included on-call obstetrics and hospital cover. During this time she completed a Diploma of Child Health through Princess Margaret Hospital. She returned home to Sydney in 2010 and has continued working in General Practice while juggling life with three children.

Dr Marshall is affiliated with the Royal Hospital for Women and RPA for the provision of antenatal shared care and is experienced in inserting contraceptive devices including Mirena and Implanon.

Having worked in general practice for more than 25 years and in Balmain/Rozelle since 1998, Margot Woods was the founding doctor at RTH. Margot studied medicine at the University of Newcastle and graduated in 1984 with first class Honours. After working in Sydney in Hospitals and General Practice she moved to London to get further experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and life. After returning to Australia she became a GP in Forster on the North Coast and a mother which gave her a lot more experience in life. Now living locally, firstly in 1986, she loves being part of the Balmain/Rozelle community. Now with her daughters growing (a blended five) she is loving life's rich journey.

Margot is a member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Australian Lifestyle Medicine Association. She is committed to improving the health of Indigenous Australians.

Margot is committed to constant improvement and has a long association with the Improvement Foundation and the Collaboratives Movement. She is committed to delivering quality medicine by a quality team at RTH.

In addition to traditional medicine, Phil Cameron has an interest in scientifically-based complimentary medicine, and diet and lifestyle change as part of treatment.  Phil graduated from Sydney University in 1975.  He attained a Diploma of Child Health (RCP) London, and a Diploma of Paediatrics (UNSW). He studied acupuncture, completing a three-month course in Nanjing, China.  He has a Family Planning Certificate from the Family Planning Association of NSW. Phill participates in the RPA Hospital Ante-natal Shared Care Program and conducts sessions at the RPA Hospital Genetic Counselling Clinic.  He was a GP in Birchgrove at Balmain Family Health Care for 26 years before joining Rozelle Total Health in 2010.

Irmgard Pascoe has many years of experience in general practice in the eastern suburbs and inner west. She studied medicine at the University of Newcastle, graduating in 1989. She entered the Family Medicine Programme, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She has postgraduate qualifications in Nutrition from Deakin University and is a member of the Australian Lifestyle Medicine Association and the Nutrition Society of Australia. She is also the NSW Medical Officer for the Church Missionary Society. She joined Rozelle Total Health in 2009.

After obtaining her medical qualifications from The University of Notre Dame in 2012, Dr Nikki spent her early career working at St George Hospital in Sydney with extra training in Critical Care Medicine. She obtained her Fellowship from the Royal Australian Collage of General Practitioners in early 2018. Dr Nikki enjoys treating a variety of patients from all age groups and all disease categories, however finds herself particularly drawn to preventative health and nutritional medicine. 
Treating food as medicine, Nikki is a doctor who firmly believes in prescribing diet and lifestyle changes before drugs. 
 
She specialises in weight loss, diabetes, hypertension, fatty liver, polycystic ovarian syndrome/infertility, irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory conditions using evidenced based nutritional intervention and offers specialised appointments for these concerns (ask reception for more information).  Additionally, Dr Nikki has further qualifications and special interest in Sexual Health (including insertion and removal of contraceptive implants and care of unintended pregnancies), Mental Health, Travel Medicine and Sports Medicine.
 
Nikki’s ideal weekend involves exercising with her Hungarian Vizsla, preparing and enjoying delicious meals with family and friends and having some quiet time to work on one of her art projects. Nikki also has a degree in architecture - her other true passion!

Jenny is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from the University of Wollongong. Since graduation she has gained experience working in a range of settings including hospitals, community, private practice and aged care facilities. 
 
Most recently Jenny had a pivotal role in the establishment of the Restorative Care Dietetics service of HammondCare At Home. In this role Jenny was the sole dietitian who managed the growth of the dietetics service as well as develop and lead diabetes and healthy eating programs in the community. 
 
Jenny is committed and passionate about guiding her clients to reach their optimal health through practical evidenced based nutrition. She has experience in the nutritional management of weight loss, metabolic disorders, malnutrition and gastrointestinal issues and regularly keeps her knowledge up to date with the most recent research. 
 
Jenny has a special interest in irritable bowel syndrome and has completed further training on the low FODMAP diet with Monash University. 
 
Besides her passion for nutrition, Jenny enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and 2 daughters (plus golden retriever) down at the family farm.
