In the interest of reducing the spread of COVID-19 we are moving to telehealth appointments effective immediately.
As of 23 March 2020 all new appointments will be telephone/telehealth appointments. Your GP will call you to discuss your needs and conduct the "talking" part of the consultation. These appointments can be booked online or by calling our reception team.
When it is necessary for you to be seen in person your GP will arrange a time for you to come in for review. We will have strict measures in place to limit any potential exposures - please observe the signs and listen to any instructions you may be given by reception about where to wait.
Some patients will be eligible for the new temporary bulk billed medicare item number for the telehealth consult. Those who are not eligible will only be charged a discounted fee that is similar to the gap fee on a normal consultation.
If you are required to come in after your telehelath consult - you will not be charged twice for the consult (fees may still apply for any private vaccines, consumables etc).
