'Eat, Nourish, Live' incorporates Kat’s approach to a healthy balanced lifestyle. She has great experience individualising nutrition to suit every person and specialises in inspiring her clients to care about their food, body and overall wellness. Kat works with many clients to lose weight, reduce blood sugars, manage irritable bowl symptoms, reduce risk factors of heart health including blood pressure, cholesterol and dyslipidaemia AND works with a mindful eating approach. Kat lives by the water and enjoys a very active lifestyle involving regular yoga, surfing, bush walking, rock climbing and ocean swimming. Kat also loves to visit the local farmers markets, cook (and EAT!) delicious yummy food, which she shares with her clients through recipes and cooking ideas. She has an extensive knowledge of products on the supermarket shelves, so if you have any food questions, she is your gal!

Join our Exercise Physiologist Kyle Cox on an 8 week journey to better movement. Research reinforces the positive effect that regular strength training with refined technique can have on the quality of joints. We know that every body is different, so each individual will have their own personal strength program which is monitored and progressed accordingly. Whether you are suffering from joint difficulties (grinding/clicking/stiff/painful), a pre-existing injury requiring a more individualised strength programme or have diagnosed osteoathritis, this program will support you to better movement everyday.

Chris Shakallis is a highly skilled remedial massage therapist with over 25 years full time clinical experience. Chris incorporates a broad range of massage techniques into his treatments, which are tailored to meet the needs of the individual. Joelene Murdoch (aka Jo) is the Director of The Physiotherapy Clinic. Jo graduated with an honours degree in Physiotherapy from Charles Sturt University in 2003, since then has immersed herself in learning through post graduate training, course and conferences.
Jo is passionate about Musculoskeletal health and the role Physiotherapy can play in improving pain, rehabilitation and reaching optimal movement patterns for optimal health. Jo has extensive post graduate training and experience in Women’s health, particularly during pregnancy and the post natal period. Jo specialises in helping women maintain function and enjoy a pain free pregnancy and post natal experience. Jo is passionate about helping women return to the exercise they enjoy in safe manner. Jo is also a mother of 2 girls!
Jo is widely experienced in treating women with complex pelvic pain, such as bladder pain syndrome, painful intercourse, vaginisimus and other complex pain conditions.
Jo is also experienced in treating inflammatory breast conditions such as blocked ducts and mastitis and strongly believes in the role of Physiotherapy for such conditions.
Children’s day time and bed time wetting have been a recent interest of Jo’s and she works closely with Paediatric Urologist to use her skills and knowledge of the pelvic floor, bladder and bowel to help reach continence in these children

Uli joined the team mid-2016. She is currently studying a B. Science (Advanced) at the University of Sydney, majoring in Anatomy, she hopes to pursue a career as a physiotherapist. Outside of work, Uli takes an avid interest in yoga, traveling and freshly baked croissants
Linda is a warm hearted receptionist whom is currently studying Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is enthusiastic and passionate about learning the role Rozelle Total Health plays in contributing to the community.
Kirsty has been with RTH since May 2016 after moving with her family from Adelaide. Kirsty has been in senior management roles in the security industry prior to spending five years as the Practice Manager at a large sports practice in Adelaide.
Kirsty is excited to be working at Rozelle Total Health and is enjoying meeting the patients. She loves exploring the sights of Sydney with her husband and young family, and one day hopes to finish her Commerce studies. Kirsty loves coffee.
